In sport week we thoroughly enjoyed all the sporty activities, but none were as enjoyable as capoeira Red panda agency. Capoeira is a fun and amazing sport which gives you plenty of exercise and teaches you something different then the normal dance or martial arts. It was founded in Brazil as a form of self-defence . Our teacher of capoeira was from Rio de Janeiro had good techniques and he had a great sense of humour. He was a good teacher of Capoeira and we hope he comes again to teach future classes.
I would recommend this workshops for any other school wishing for a fun and enjoyable activity during sports week....
